Terms of service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

The agreement

These terms govern use of LeagueMgmt — this website and, once your league is onboarded, the LeagueMgmt application. The league (club or organization) is our customer; administrators, coaches, parents, and adult players use the service as the league's authorized users. By using the service you agree to these terms on your own behalf; a league admin accepting them does so on behalf of their organization.

Accounts & responsibilities

Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us if you think an account has been compromised. League administrators are responsible for the accuracy of their league's data and confirm they have the authority to enter player information (including minors' information, with parental knowledge). Use the service to run your league — not to send spam, harass people, or break the law.

Fees & payments

LeagueMgmt is priced as a flat per-season fee, agreed with your league before the season starts — Founding Leagues get their first season free. Registration payments from parents go through Stripe directly to the league; Stripe's card-processing fees are passed through at cost and never marked up. Refunds of registration fees are between the league and its members, under the league's own refund policy; we provide the tools to issue them.

Your data

The league owns its data. Export it as CSV at any time, no permission needed. If you close your account, we delete your league's data after a 30-day grace period (except records we must keep by law). Our privacy policy covers the details, including Canadian data handling.

Service & liability

We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but no software is perfect: the service is provided "as is" and we can't promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your league paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.

Changes & contact

If we make a material change to these terms, league administrators get an email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Questions: leaguemgmt@thinkxdesign.com.
